With my studies in computer science and business management, I have developed a strong foundation for bridging the gap between business departments and IT. In my initial years as a professional, I primarily worked as a software developer, allowing me to become fluent in the technical language and concepts of software development. Over the past decade, I have transitioned into consultancy roles, collaborating closely with clients and effectively communicating in the language of business. These experiences have equipped me with the necessary skills to translate business requirements into technical concepts and architectures. My objective is to design systems that are intuitive, traceable, and effective from the very first interaction.
Conceptual design Developing detailed technical design concepts and outlining the strategies for implementing the business requirements.
Architecture Defining GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) architecture landscape to seamlessly integrate various use cases and systems, fostering interoperability and breaking down silos. This supports a holistic view of governance, risk, and compliance across the entire enterprise.
Modelling Working with various modeling languages (UML, SysML, ERM, Flow diagram) to visualize complex system architectures, data relationships, and process flows, ensuring clear communication and understanding among stakeholders.
Design workshops Presenting conceptual designs to business users and stakeholders, evaluating various implementation options, and outlining their respective pros and cons. This guidance aids clients in making informed decisions about the best direction to take.
